- Job/Business Confirmation letter
- Four passport-size recent photographs with Light Blue Backgrounds. Pho’s autograph is attached.
- For grant of the visa application must visit the Consulate of the Republic of Ghana, Islamabad personally at the time of collection of passport.
- YELLOW FEVER VACCINATION CARD
- CNIC/B.form copy.
- For visit as well as business purposes, an invitation letter with Host Passport Bio Data page, Ghanaian ID Card & Business Registration Certificate, and tax document from Ghana is required.
a. Chamber of Commerce Recommendation Letter.
b. Bank Statement Last Six Months.
c. Last Income Tax (Paid) Copy.
